Important HOA Billing Change
What is changing? To ensure that most homeowners are present at Hanson Harbor when water meters are read and to improve the Association's accounts receivable management, the community approved a new annual billing schedule. 2026: A Transition Year Water meters were read by Colton Hoppe & water volunteers at the beginning of June. Water usage invoices for June 2025 through June 1, 2026 will be emailed in July. Beginning in July 2027 Instead of receiving your annual HOA invoice
