Important HOA Billing Change

What is changing?

To ensure that most homeowners are present at Hanson Harbor when water meters are read and to improve the Association's accounts receivable management, the community approved a new annual billing schedule.

2026: A Transition Year

• Water meters were read by Colton Hoppe & water volunteers at the beginning of June.

• Water usage invoices for June 2025 through June 1, 2026 will be emailed in July.

Beginning in July 2027

Instead of receiving your annual HOA invoice in January, homeowners will receive one consolidated annual bill in July that will include:

• HOA dues

• CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges

• Water usage charges

• Any other applicable annual assessments

Why the Date Adjustment?

This new schedule aligns billing with the summer season when more homeowners are at Hanson Harbor, simplifies the billing process, and helps the Association avoid carrying outstanding receivables across multiple calendar years.

Updated Payment Options

Additional details regarding expanded payment options, including ACH and credit card payments, will be shared as they become available.
